"So, from my perspective, there are the curators, and the people who work with the young people and they take ideas to curators. There’s never direct interaction with curators, which doesn’t make sense. It’s very defined and maybe we get no response. Which doesn’t really make sense if you want the gallery to be for the community for everyone. And yet, you can’t engage people in discussing what goes in the space – that concerns me."
